Defatted cocoa is made from roasted beans. Cocoa powder is produced by pressing, the cocoa butter is squeezed out of the mass, separated and the remaining cocoa powder is ground. Contains 10-12% cocoa butter, exceptional taste and aroma. It is suitable for baking and cooking, as well as making a cocoa drink.
