Terms of purchase

Selecting the product
The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store's products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart"button. By clicking on the "View"button of the basket, you will find the products placed in the basket during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart will automatically calculate the total amount of the order.

Submit the order
If you think the amount of products in the cart is adequate, you have checked the total amount and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click the "Cash" button. In our store, you can also shop without registration, so you can choose from three options:

  • Would you like to log in as an already registered customer
  • you want to register as a new customer
  • maybe you want to buy without registration

If you have already made a purchase in our store, please enter the e-mail address and password you entered during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and you only have to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
In the next step, choose the delivery method that suits you

If you agree with the contents of the order, click the "Order" button to send the order.


Prices
Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of ordering, which can be found next to the products in the online store. The prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. After that, the buyer can confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Return confirmation
Each order is -we will send feedback by email. This means that after placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery time. In the case of a phone consultation, call customer service or any of the phone numbers in the e-mail.

Terms of payment
In our store, it is possible to pay by bank transfer, bank card and cash on delivery. In the latter case, the entire purchase price, including delivery costs, must be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the shipment.

Delivery
Delivery and delivery of consignments is done by the GLS courier service. The delivery time of the product is explained by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You can contact the phone number in the confirmation e-mail to discuss the delivery date.

Our delivery fees are uniform throughout the country.

  • over HUF 7,000 (free)
  • 1,589 HUF (up to 7,000 HUF)

Withdrawal from delivery
If the online store does not fulfill its contractual obligations because the goods specified in the contract are not available or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to to inform the customer. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the commercial conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age.

Returning the product
We will only return the product in its original condition and packaging, in perfect quantity and quality.

Information regarding the terms of the conclusion of the contract
The language of the conclusion of the contract is Hungarian, the concluded contract is/is not considered to be concluded in writing. The concluded contract is filed/not filed, it will/will not be accessible afterwards.

Right of cancellation/ Refund guarantee
The customer may cancel the contract within 14 working days without giving reasons. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day he received the goods. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer immediately, but no later than within thirty days of cancellation. bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer will not be charged any other costs. However, the seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect, resalable condition, the customer is obliged to pay compensation if he caused the deterioration of the goods' condition, destruction, or any other way of making it impossible to return them intentionally or through negligence. (postal delivery person, courier) it turns out to be demonstrably damaged, and the damage occurred before the receipt of the goods, we guarantee the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale immediately. Any kind of damage or lack of content during the delivery of the shipment must be included in the record of facts between the sender and receiver! We cannot take responsibility for subsequent lack of content or possible damage!

Proprietary clause
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the purchase price.In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, the product is taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner, and after the next, successful sale, the new owner will be paid the consideration!

Modification, cancellation of order
CVIII of 2001. in accordance with the law, when the order is placed, the software of the seller's online store immediately sends a notification to the customer about the fact that the order has been placed. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely informs the buyer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the relevant employee of the seller.

If the buyer does not receive this within 48 hours, then the buyer's obligation to make an offer ceases. gives the customer the opportunity to cancel their order electronically. When starting the fulfillment of the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail and/or phone about the expected duration of the fulfillment and the fact that the fulfillment has begun, after that it is only possible to cancel the order in person or through one of the contact details:
