But what is superimmunity?

The concept of superimmunity can best be defined as the state in which our body's immune system operates at its highest level of performance. During its development, modern science has reached the point where it can prove that the consumption of the right raw foods and nutrients can double or triple the defense power of the immune system and thus our average immunity turns into super immunity.

If the immune system is not working well, even a mild infection can be present in the body for weeks, but even worse, this condition can have serious consequences, such as heart damage or it can turn into a difficult-to-treat bacterial infection, such as pneumonia, which can be life-threatening. The immune system is like an angel that watches over our lives and protects us from the risks and dangers that lie in wait for us.

In the last 30 years, more than thirty-five new infectious diseases have entered the world. In addition to the increased risk of dangerous infections circulating around our planet, there is another modern epidemic that affects a large part of the Earth's population, which is none other than cancer. The probability of being diagnosed with invasive cancer during their lifetime is 44 percent for men and 37 percent for women. Unfortunately, the modern diet has caused a decrease in immune competence. As a result of the increasing consumption of processed and artificial foods, as well as additives and carcinogenic ingredients in them, our current food source can be said to endanger our health. But we have good news. Super immunity is just an arm's length away.

Protect ourselves with super immunity!

The moment has finally arrived in the history of nutrition science when we have evidence that the human immune system can be raised to a very high level so that our body can defend itself against diseases. Food provides us with energy and building blocks for growth in the form of calories, but we do not sufficiently value micronutrients that do not contain calories, that is, those that are neither vitamins nor minerals, but phytocompounds. Phytocompounds are elements that strengthen and support the normal functioning of the immune system. By choosing foods that are rich in powerful immune-boosting phytocompounds and other micronutrients, it becomes possible for us to prevent most common modern diseases. Super immunity helps us to overcome all diseases and enjoy excellent health for the rest of our lives.

In order to supply our body with an optimal amount of immune-protective micronutrients, we need to eat a lot of vegetables. Fortunately, vegetables contain few calories, so we can eat a large amount of them without taking too many calories into our body at the same time. (except potatoes)

Well, let's finally see the list of superfoods that bless us with superimmunity!

In recent times, the powerful anti-cancer and immune-boosting effects of green vegetables, mushrooms, onions, pomegranates and berries, as well as seeds have been specifically investigated. For example, adding mushrooms or onions to our diet reduces the incidence of cancer, and green vegetables also affect our immune system in the same way.The phytocompounds found in mushrooms are even effective against autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus due to their anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects

The onion family, which includes red onions, garlic, leeks, chives and green onions, not only lends flavor to our food, but also enriches it with anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. Epidermological studies have shown that increased consumption of onions reduces the risk of cancer.

Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage are anti-viral and anti-bacterial.

Pomegranate is a special ancient fruit focused on the treatment and prevention of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, bacterial infections and antibiotic resistance, as well as skin damage caused by ultraviolet radiation. Pomegranate juice and seeds have strong antioxidant and anticancer properties, including inhibition of tumor cell proliferation.

Finseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds can also be classified as super immune-boosting foods. Which also contain a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and calcium.
