D-Life presents: Taste Wizard with Feri Varga and Betty Balássy

Carbohydrate-reduced olive-garlic spaghetti & dietary chocolate magic bar

D-Life low-carb spaghetti is boiled in salted water until hard. Separately chop the green part of a bunch of parsley and the part of the stem. Heat the olive oil over medium heat, then press the garlic in with a garlic press and throw in the finely chopped parsley stems. Knead a little and roll the finished dough in the spicy oil. Add 1-2 small spoonfuls of the pasta cooking water to make it juicier, and cook it a bit. Then add pepper and salt to taste, and if necessary, mix in the finely chopped parsley. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh (or dry) chili and serve with grated parmesan.

Mix the ground biscuits with D-Life cocoa powder, D-Life erythritol, and vegetable milk, then mix well with melted margarine. Melt D-chocolate with margarine over steam. Spread the mass in a baking tray and spread the melted chocolate cream evenly on top, then place the finished chocolate magic bar in the fridge. It can be served after roughly half an hour.

  • D-Life low-carb spaghetti

The raw material of D-Life dry pasta is a pasta with a composition that has not been used anywhere in the world so far, which contains only natural raw materials, is bran-free, and has 30% less carbohydrates compared to normal products of the same type.

D-Life products ensure prolonged slow absorption due to their galactomannan content (galactomannan is a natural fiber component found in the seeds of guar beans belonging to the buttercup family), so the so-called Thanks to the "Low and Slow" effect, we experience a longer feeling of fullness when consuming them.

Products containing galactomannan have a pleasant taste, can be consumed at any time of the day (they do not have the character of sawdust), and their fiber content is higher than that of staple foods.

  • D-Life Cocoa Powder

Defatted cocoa is made from roasted beans. Cocoa powder is produced by pressing, the cocoa butter is squeezed out of the mass, separated and the remaining cocoa powder is ground. Contains 10-12% cocoa butter, exceptional taste and aroma. Suitable for baking and cooking, as well as making a cocoa drink.

  • D-chocolate

Its carbohydrate content is not only reduced by 63% compared to traditional milk chocolate, but also much lower compared to most reformed low-carb chocolates.Considering the health of the consumers, the sweetener content of D-chocolate does not even reach 1%, however, it is not noticeable in its taste. Thus, its effect on the teeth is also more favorable and it does not cause a laxative effect, like other chocolate-based products with sweeteners. The fat content of D-chocolate is provided exclusively by the natural fat content of cocoa butter and powder-based ingredients.
