D-Life presents: Taste Wizard with Edina Som-Balogh

Thai curry with low-carb broad beans

Cut to Julienn:

  • zucchini
  • 1 head of red onion
  • 2 carrots
  • leek
  • 1 bell pepper

Fry the chicken in sesame oil, then add the carrots, ginger, red onion and paprika. Fry for a short time so that it remains crispy, then add the mushrooms and finally boil it with cream. This is when the D-Life Thai spice is added, and finally the zucchini and leeks. When it's ready, mix it with the cooked and filtered D-Life low-carbohydrate broad-leaved rice.
