D-Life low-carb pasta is boiled in salted water with olive oil for 15 minutes. Melt the butter, then sprinkle the D-Life 70% whole grain baking mix on top and "fry" it for a few minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Gradually add room temperature milk and mix. The point is to get a mass.

We salt and pepper our mass, grate nutmeg on it, then add the grated cheese and mix well. Finally, add the cooked D-Life low-carb pasta to the mixture and mix well. Serve with a little freshly ground pepper.
