RECIPE - PIZZA PASTA
D-Life low-carb pizza flour is mixed with dried yeast, then the other ingredients are added. Knead the dough well and knead. Cover and place in a warm place for approx. Let rise for 1 hour. Knead the risen dough on a floured board, then divide it into two parts (this amount makes 2 pizzas), roll it out. We can shape round or square pizzas as desired. Place the pizza dough in a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread it with pizza sauce, then sprinkle it with grated pecorino cheese.
Bake at 220 degrees for 2-3 minutes, then at 200 degrees for another 13-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with arugula.
RECIPE - PIZZA SAUCE
Fry the chopped garlic a little in the olive oil, then pour the tomato passata over it. We puree it with a stick blender (so that no pieces of garlic remain), add salt and pepper and sprinkle D-Life pizza spice mix. Bring it to a boil, and you can use it on the pasta.
